A space to connect, share, feel seen and simply be — without judgement, expectations or the need to be anything other than yourself

We bring together a gentle and open group chat online, movement in person, meaningful conversations and a little time and space to slow down over a tea, coffee or beverage of your choice

Our Monthly Meet-Ups

We meet on the first Saturday or Sunday of each month (days may vary), starting with a gentle morning walk along Nelson's beautiful Rocks Road, followed by a coffee or catch-up at a near by coffee shop

An opportunity to get outside, move your body, meet new faces and nurture genuine connections

We meet early, making space to start the day with intention, fill our own cups and set ourselves up for a fulfilling weekend and month ahead

Because sometimes, all we need is a little fresh air, good conversation and the company of women who just get it
